UCCFImproving office facilities to increase productivity for UCCF and IFES

Christian Union Charity UCCF (UCCF) were relocating to a new national head office in Oxford to rationalize the operational activities of their existing Oxford offices with Leicester-based not-for-profit organisation IFES.

We were commissioned to carry out a complete office re-fit to provide a larger, more productive shared facility for over 100 staff and volunteers.

Wrekin Sheet MetalPlanning a new premises for Wrekin Sheet Metal

Wrekin Sheet Metal were relocating to a new premises in Telford that was too large for their current requirements but met their long-term expansion plans.

They wanted to sub-let part of the new premises to reduce their overheads whilst introducing additional office facilities into their new work space.

Exact Mortgage ExpertsManaging an office-relocation for Exact Mortgage Experts

Due to the 2008 financial market meltdown, EDEUS were going through an urgent operational transition and the management team were setting up a new company called Exact Mortgage Experts (EME) to provide new services to the banking sector. They needed to urgently re-locate their new team to a business park in Wolverhampton.

TBG Learning were creating a training centre facility in Swansea to provide additional services to their customers as part of their long-term growth strategy. The area manager was seeking a new premises that would accommodate various office and training facilities for up to 50 staff and 30 visitors.

TGB LearningCompetitive tender information for TBG Learning

TBG Learning had identified a premises to create a new learning centre based in Swansea. They wanted to appoint an office refurbishment contractor to carry out a complete office fit-out through a formal tender process.

The installation of the new office environment had to be delivered quickly as their new premises agreement required TBG Learning to move into the property within a time-critical deadline.

TBG Learning (TBG) were downsizing and reorganizing their existing offices at Colchester to reduce their overheads and to provide additional facilities for their customers.

We were commissioned to carry out an office re-fit to provide a smaller, more productive facility for over 25 staff. The project involved the installation of various office and training facilities within a 5-storey city-centre building.

Christian agency The Mission to Seafarers (TMTS) were re-organizing their existing offices at their international head office in London to create space for additional meeting rooms.

We were commissioned to carry out an office re-fit to provide a more productive office facility for approximately 20 staff members and volunteers. The project involved the installation of various office facilities within the first, second and third floor areas of a listed tower building adjoining a church and former Vestry.

Luxury car dealer Tom Hartley were updating their private Derbyshire showroom to create the right impression for customers and staff.

We were commissioned to carry out a refurbishment of their existing car showroom to provide a more prestigious facility for approximately 20 luxury cars with a typical value of between £100,000 and £3m each.
